IHS and OCIIO Announce Consultation on Exchanges
November 15, 2010The Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight and the Indian Health Service have initiated consultation on the Indian specific provisions related to the state-based exchanges included in the Affordable Care Act. Comments are requested by December 31, 2010.
