On November 15, the Indian Health Service (IHS) released a Dear Tribal Leader Letter on an update on the Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI). Specifically, this letter details a recap of the fiscal year 2021 funding and upcoming changes for fiscal year 2022 to the program. This information may be important for Tribal communities who house SDPI programs.
