NTHC 2026 Registration Opens!

We are excited to officially announce that the 2026 National Tribal Health Conference (NTHC) is headed back to Phoenix, Arizona, August 16–21, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass.

After an incredible 2025 conference experience, we couldn’t resist running it back. The location, the energy, and the community made it clear that Phoenix deserved an encore—this time with even more in store.

At the same time, we want to share a look ahead: NTHC will be in Denver in 2027. If you were already looking forward to Colorado, know that it’s coming. Phoenix in 2026 allows us to build on what worked, refine what matters most, and introduce exciting new elements that will make this year’s conference even stronger.

Registration for NTHC 2026 opens today, and to kick things off, we’re offering a flash sale available through January 31, 2026. This is the best opportunity to secure your spot and save on registration. Early Bird registration will follow from February 1 through March 31, 2026.

Additional opportunities are coming soon, including Exhibit Hall registration and the Call for Workshop Proposals. For now, we encourage you to take advantage of the flash sale, save money, and plan to join us in August for another powerful gathering of Tribal leaders, health professionals, partners, and advocates from across Indian Country.

*For flash sale and early bird registration rates, payment must be made before the cutoff period or your registration will be updated to the prevailing rate. For the early career/graduate student registration, please submit either proof of your birth date or your transcript or student ID.
Beginning with the 2026 National Tribal Health Conference, NTHC will no longer offer a speaker registration discount. This change aligns NTHC with standard practices across national conferences and reflects the full value of the conference experience. We remain deeply grateful to our workshop speakers for sharing their expertise, stories, and leadership, and we continue to recognize that their contributions are essential to the strength, quality, and impact of NTHC programming.

Book Your Hotel Today!

NTHC 2026 will once again take place at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, a stunning resort that offers an immersive setting grounded in culture, community, and connection.

We are thrilled to return to this property after such a strong experience in 2025, and we have secured the entire hotel for the conference.

Even so, rooms are expected to sell out quickly, and attendees are strongly encouraged to book early to secure the group rate. While our room block is available through July 24, 2026, availability is limited, and once the block is filled, additional reservations will be subject to hotel availability. Staying on-site ensures you are fully connected to conference programming, networking, and the overall NTHC experience—so we recommend reserving your room as soon as possible.

Hotel rate and Policy Details

NIHB has secured a special NTHC 2026 group rate of $199 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees) at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass.

All reservations must be made on or before July 24, 2026, to be honored at the group rate. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to this date, and once the room block is filled, additional reservations will be subject to hotel availability and approval.

Guests should be aware of the hotel’s credit card policy. A physical credit card is required at check-in to cover incidentals unless otherwise arranged. If a physical card will not be available upon arrival, a credit card authorization form must be completed in advance. The hotel will place an initial $100 hold on the card at check-in.

The hotel’s cancellation policy applies to all individual reservations. A cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged for reservations cancelled fewer than seven (7) days prior to arrival. An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will apply if a guest departs earlier than the confirmed check-out date.
