The National Indian Health Board (NIHB) Board of Directors provides a legislative and policy agenda each year to advance the organization’s mission and vision. It provides a blueprint for ensuring all American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) people and communities can achieve the highest level of health and well-being.
NIHB developed the Tribal Prenatal-to-Three Policy Agenda to raise awareness regarding the most impactful and culturally appropriate policy levers and strategies to support the health and wellbeing of American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) children from prenatal to age 3 and their families.
Additionally, the Executive Summary of the agenda Tribal Prenatal-to-Three Policy Agenda is also available as a resource.
